Note:

  • Solaris Users:

If you do not have GNUPro-03r1 native version, you need to set the environment variable "LD_LIBRARY_PATH" like following, to run tools ($PROOT is the path to the dir of GNUPro for MeP)

    Example
    • csh/tcsh: setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH $PROOT/H-sparc-sun-solaris2.7/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
    • sh/bash: export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$PROOT/H-sparc-sun-solaris2.7/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
  • Linux Users:

We do not prepare glibc2.2 version since this release. So, you cannot run tools on both Red Hat Linux 7.x and Red Hat Linux AS 2.1. We're sorry but you need Red Hat Linux 8.x/9.x or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3 to run tools. And, if you do not have GNUPro-03r1 native version, you need to set $LD_LIBRARY_PATH along with the solaris case. (see above)

  • Windows Users:

You can use unzip.exe (see Info-Zip for more info) to extract these zip files.

And make.exe will be also required to run the programs refered in Quick Start Manual.
